The Finance Committee is concerned with the overall financial condition of the Association. It is responsible for the following activities and functions:
1) Providing advice and support to the Treasurer.
2) Devising ways and means of raising funds for the operation of the Association.
3) Preparation of a yearly budget. The budget for the next year should be submitted to the Board at least by November 1 of the preceding year.
4) Ensuring that an internal audit of the financial records of the Association is conducted annually.
