WSEHA would like to recognize people who have worked in environmental health and have recently retired or passed away.  If you know of someone, please use the form below to submit their information.  We will use the information and photos (if submitted) in a slideshow to be shown during the next Annual Educational Conference (AEC).

 

Applications may be submitted throughout the year but must be received at least two weeks prior to the start of the AEC to ensure inclusion.
