General Conference Information:
  • Conference will begin around 12 noon on April 28th and end around 1 on April 30th. 
  • Pre-Conference Session:
    • School IPM panel (10 am Monday): This event will host a conversation about pest management in schools. We’ll discuss the basic IPM principles, what IPM currently looks like in schools in our state, and recommendations for supporting schools to implement IPM. ​ No registration required. 
    • Port Gamble Tour (10 am and 11 am):  Space limited to 25 people!  Register here.  The 11:00 tour has 1 spot so don't delay!   
  • Attendees welcome from any and all jurisdictions and states, industry, and educational facilities.

Facility Layout

It's recommended that you park in the West Parking Garage although both allow access to the facility.  The East Parking Garage does has a smoking area outside the entrance to the building.

 

The hotel entrance is located down by the section labeled HOTEL TOWER.  

The rooms highlighted orange are where the conference events will be held.
