The Keynote Speaker. Dr. Ebi is the Director of the Center for Health and the Global Environment (CHanGE), and Rohm and Haas Endowed Professor in Public Health Sciences at the University of Washington. As our keynote speaker, she will give her insight on global climate change and vector migration in her presentation: Good times for vectors are coming in a warmer and wetter climate.

This conference brings together public health, veterinary, and environmental professionals from around the state to share their perspectives on disease surveillance and prevention.
